The mission of Preserve Staff Now is to inspire and empower all workers to take charge and improve both their working conditions and their lives. The site encourages employees to establish effective unions, form closed shops in the workplace, and work to amend current law so that all union officials are held accountable to the workers they represent. It also urges independent workers to organize in order to enjoy the same protection and benefits that the law affords to represented employees. This site features a Workers Bill of Rights, the Sticky Workplace Situations Quiz, a chat room and more.
