Demand for recruitment-process outsourcing is on the rise, with new RPO engagements announced on a weekly basis, according to a report by industry analyst Lisa Rowan of IDC in Framingham, Mass., which was sponsored by The RightThing Inc.

More organizations of all sizes are turning to HR outsourcing to contain costs and gain access to external expertise. According to IDC research, spending on HR services is forecast to reach $126 billion worldwide by 2010.
