It is not normally mid-level management we see in work place bulling. It is the president, CEO, CIO, CFO, VP of HR and other executive management which means you can not go to HR or to upper management.

There is no way to fight this except leave [the company] until some federal laws are passed to protect everyone from this outrageously unacceptable behavior by your corporate executive team.

We, as a people, should not stand for this and organize to rid our culture of such behavior.
