The New York Times Co. has launched T-Jobs, a new talent-acquisition platform on that campaigns jobs over a network of more than 1,300 job sites, including local, niche and regional job boards, as well as aggregator sites and social networks.

Powered by RealMatch technology, T Jobs features RealMatch's programmatic ad-distribution technology that automatically campaigns job ads on TheJobNetwork. T Jobs also uses RealMatch's proprietary job-matching technology comprised of artificial-intelligence algorithms, and is designed to save recruiters time by automatically grading and ranking applicants, instantly identifying qualified resume database matches and alerting them to apply.

Rally Health Inc. has launched Rally Choice, a benefits-enrollment tool designed to help employees understand and select health benefits best-matched to their needs while relieving employers of administrative burdens.

With Rally Choice, users can research, compare and purchase benefits through a guided experience intended to help them better understand their benefits options. Rally Choice expands Rally Health's offerings as an addition to its flagship product, the digital health and wellness platform Rally.

FlexJobs has created, an independent website that provides information and best practices about starting, training and managing successful remote workers, teams and organizations.

Designed specifically as a resource for companies and entrepreneurs interested in or already embracing remote work as a sizable part of their businesses' workforce model, the site consists of three main sections: Q&As with experts and leaders at more than 30 companies with significant numbers of remote workers; a regularly updated blog with content focusing on the benefits of growing remotely as well as building and managing remotely; and a job-listing section where companies and professionals can post, search and apply to remote job listings.
