Two Jars

Your points are well taken regarding the value that the HR function brings to its employees. However, I would suggest that a second jar be used to note every time HR helps improve or preserves the organization’s profit. After all, like every other function in the business, aren’t we (HR) supposed to contribute to the profitability and growth of it???

My guess is that there will a lot fewer notes placed in this second jar.
