Corrine Ricard

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, The Mosaic Co.

Plymouth, Minn.-based The Mosaic Co. named Corrine Ricard senior vice president of human resources. She reports directly to Mosaic President and CEO Jim Prokopanko.

Prior to Ricard's new role as head of human resources, she held leadership positions at Mosaic including vice president of international sales and distribution, vice president of business development and vice president of supply chain and risk management.

She earned an M.B.A. in strategic planning from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, completed the advanced management program at Harvard Business School and earned her bachelor's degree in finance at the University of Minnesota.
