Anthony S. Fogel

Senior Vice President of Human Resources, CIBER Inc.

CIBER Inc., of Greenwood Village, Colo., has hired Anthony S. Fogel as senior vice president of human resources.

Most recently, Fogel was CHRO of Level 3 Communications. He has served as managing director and the global head of human resources for asset management, private equity and private banking with Lehman Brothers, in addition to spending five years as the European and Middle Eastern head of HR for the company. Fogel has also held senior HR roles with Morgan Stanley in New York and London, CareOne and Marathon Asset Management.

Fogel holds bachelor's degrees in business administration and psychology from Northern Arizona University.
