Why We Like It: Described in demos as "a mini-Facebook meets Monster" for organizations, we are sure we are not alone in appreciating the solution's One-Click Apply technology, which allows candidates to simply click through each job posting and apply to as many relevant jobs as fast as they can move their mouse on the screen. For recruiters, the baseball-trading-card-style view of the candidates is an especially memorable feature, and the built-in ability to conduct video interviews is an added plus. But the most impressive feature is how all members of the community play a role in facilitating the connections between candidates and job openings, be they job seekers, hiring managers, career counselors, advisors, current staff and recruiters, since utilizing the social-media network connections of each will inevitably expand an organization's talent pool.
