Talent management will continue to be a major theme at the 15th Annual HR Technology® Conference & Exposition.

As he's done for the past five years, Knowledge Infusion CEO Jason Averbook will moderate a panel of HR leaders on this topic at this year's event.

In past years, the panel explored a wide range of issues, including the transition from best-of-breed solutions to suite solutions and, more recently, the emergence of product offerings that have a more unified human capital management focus.

During this year's session, plainly titled the Sixth Annual Talent Management Panel, Averbook will lead a discussion on emerging topics such as gamification, Big Data and new rewards-and-recognition systems.

Panelists include Vicki Colaneri, director of global workforce technology at Motorola Solutions; Dan Guaglianone, global leader of HR operations at Merck; Jerry Moore, senior director of HR technology at Walmart; and Olga Braylovskiy, vice president of HR Technology at Yahoo!

The panel will take place on Monday morning, Oct. 8.

The HR Technology® Conference, which is produced by LRP Publications and Human Resource Executive® magazine, will be held Oct. 8 to 10 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
