Healthcare: Cash Comes In, Jobs Go Out

A survey by ADP shows companies of all sizes are choosing to outsource benefits administration because of the ever-increasing compliance complexity of, not just healthcare reform, but other benefits-related acts as well.
In addition, Kaiser Family Foundation finds that employers could be receiving millions in health-insurance rebates from heath-insurance companies that spent more on administrative and marketing expenses and profits than is allowed under the new law.
The report estimates rebates for large companies could reach more than $541 million.
