Cloud Computing, social-enterprise tools, analytics and mobile solutions are just a few of the topics to be explored at 15th Annual HR Technology® Conference & Exposition, which will be held Oct. 8 to Oct. 10 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

Tom Koulopoulos, recognized as one of the world's six most influential consultants by InformationWeek and author of his just-released seventh book Cloud Surfing: A New Way to Think About Risk, Innovation, Scale and Success, will open this year's conference by offering his insights on the cloud, including why it matters more than ever to take the human element into account when employers shape their HR technology strategies.

Building on the topic of the cloud, Naomi Lee Bloom, managing partner of Bloom & Wallace, will moderate a panel of senior industry executives entitled "Bringing HR to the Cloud" the next morning, which will explore the latest developments and ways companies can best leverage this next frontier in HR technology.

Marcia Conner, best-selling author, industry analyst and expert on collaborative business culture, will close out the conference with a keynote entitled "How HR Can Drive the New Social Business," during which she'll detail the power of social tools and how HR leaders can maximize their capabilities.

The conference, produced by LRP Publications and Human Resource Executive® magazine, is designed to help senior HR executives and practitioners understand their technology options and seek ways to successfully leverage new technologies in order to deliver the maximum value to their organizations.
