These notes are in response to Equalizing Opportunity.
After reading Susan R. Meisinger's article entitled Equalizing Opportunity with the removal of candidate name and education, a thought came to me that this process would be similar to the reality TV show called "The Voice." Blind auditions are held and a panel of music industry's best and greatest make selections to add to their team in hopes of winning the competition.
This would be called "The Candidate." Good article.
