This note is in response to Diversity of Autism Offers HR Challenges.

Nice job!  As an HR professional who also is the father of an autistic child, I was pleasantly surprised to see this article in the most recent HRE issue.  As the kids who were the leading wave of the autism epidemic (late '80s and early '90s) hit the workforce, this will be a growing issue for employers.  

I thought it was well done and a great "intro" for many who have probably never had to think about this before.
