San Francisco-based Bank of the West appointed Sonia Clark as its senior vice president of human resources.

Clark previously served as leader of talent strategy for Juniper Networks and, prior to that, as vice president of human resources for Align Technology. She has also held positions at companies in the consumer-products, retail-stores and semiconductor fields, as well as at several start-ups.
