Tanya Saffadi

Equity One Inc., a North Miami Beach, Fla.-based owner, developer, and operator of shopping centers, has hired Tanya Saffadi as its vice president of human resources. She reports directly to Chief Executive Officer Jeff Olson.
Saffadi joins Equity One from Martha Stewart Living, where she was senior vice president of human resources. She has previously held senior human resource positions at Pfizer, Cisco, Bank of America and Morgan Stanley. Saffadi will be based out of Equity One's New York office.
Mrs. Saffadi received a master's degree from Columbia University and her bachelor's degree from William Paterson University.
