Air Wisconsin Airlines Corp. of Appleton, Wis., announced it has promoted Margaret Soda to managing director of human resources, reporting directly to Vice President of Human Resources and Labor Relations Joel Kuplack.
After joining Air Wisconsin in 2007 as Employee Relations Manager, she was promoted to director of human resources in 2008.
She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, with a concentration in human resource management, and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
