Senior Vice President and Head of Talent

Jen Warne is the new senior vice president and head of talent at Radnor, Pa.-based Lincoln Financial Group. In her new role, she reports directly to Lisa Buckingham, the company's chief human resources officer.

Warne most recently served as head of staffing for Lincoln, and prior to joining Lincoln, she spent 15 years of her career with Towers Watson. There, Jen progressed through various HR leadership positions with continuously expanded scope, including both global recruiting and HR business partner leadership roles and serving on their global HR leadership team.
