Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Northrop Grumman Corp., of Falls Church, Va., has named Denise Peppard corporate vice president and chief human resources officer. She reports to Wes Bush, the company's chairman, chief executive officer and president and serves on the company's Corporate Policy Council.
She joins the company from CSC, where she was vice president and chief human resources officer. Prior to joining CSC, she was senior vice president, human resources at Wyeth. Peppard has also served as vice president for management and organization development at Liberty Financial Cos. Inc. and vice president of HR at CytoTherapeutics.
Peppard earned both a master's degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and organization behavior, and a bachelor's degree in business administration in accounting, from the University of Michigan.
