In its Talent Annuity Report, Deloitte reviews its Mass Career Customization program, which it launched as a pilot program in 2005.
Based on the observation that the one-size-fits-all "corporate ladder" was fitting fewer and fewer, the organization has since rolled out MCC to all of its businesses and services, including its operations in India.
Since then, it has found that satisfaction with current career-life fit improved 12 percent, and an overall 11 percent improvement was seen in their professionals' confidence in their future career-life fit. More than 88 percent now report having flexibility around when they work.
