Full Circle is an innovative program that allows PricewaterhouseCoopers to retain top talent while allowing men and women to off-ramp for a period of up to five years to care for children or elderly parents -- then return to their careers.  

The program is an unpaid voluntary arrangement that keeps participants connected with their PwC colleagues and utilizes a "coach" to facilitate the participants' abilities to take advantage of training and numerous firm resources to maintain credentialing and keep skills professionally relevant.  

Full Circle participants are welcome to attend firm functions, such as Networking Circle events and alumni/volunteer initiatives.
