Vice President of Human Resources

Irvine, Calif.-based employment-and-background screener HireRight Inc. appointed Janet Randolph to the position of vice president of human resources. She reports directly to company CEO and President Mike Petrullo.
Prior to joining the company, Randolph served as director of human resources for the Rational Software brand within IBM's software group. Before that position, she held vice president of human resources roles at FileNet (acquired by IBM) and Epicor Software.
Randolph earned her M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's degree in sociology from University of California, Los Angeles.
She currently serves on the Executive Development Advisory Board for the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California's Irvine campus and the UCI Extension Human Resources and Organizational Development Advisory Committee.
