Sensus, a Raleigh, N.C.-headquartered conservation-technology provider, selected Kim Conklin for its newly formed position of chief people officer.
Prior to joining the company, Conklin served as vice president of global human resources for BP Solar. She also held human resources positions while working for General Electric.
She holds an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree in business and organizational resource management from Mercyhurst College.
