Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Henkel, a consumer-products marketer based in Rocky Hill, Conn., named Michael Biondolillo to the position of senior vice president of human resources. He is a member of the company's North American executive council.
Prior to joining the company, Biondolillo served as vice president of human resources at QVC. He previously held executive-level human resource positions with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co., Messer Group and General Electric Co.
He holds a law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law and a bachelor's degree from St. Bonaventure University.
He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and he has received numerous honors including the 2004 HR Person of the Year award for the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley region.
