Andrew J. Paul was appointed to the position of director of labor relations at Metro-North Railroad in New York. He will serve as the chief spokesperson for the railroad in all collective-bargaining matters.
Paul started at the railroad company in 1986 as a labor-relations attorney. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Manhattanville College's graduate programs in Purchase, N.Y.
He holds a law degree from George Washington University and a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
