This is in response to Diversity and Benefits.

Great article by Carol Harnett on Diversity and Benefits. 

It is a fine line that HR walks on a daily basis and it is getting finer as time goes by. Balancing the needs to the individual is very complicated while trying to balance the needs of the "all." 

As a fellow ENFP, I relate to Carol's dilemma of sharing her type with others. I so want to make things better for the future and can see it in my mind. It's all the details that get in the way!
