New York-based The McGraw-Hill Cos. appointed Terri D. Austin as vice president of diversity and inclusion.

Most recently, Austin served as the chief diversity officer for American International Group. Prior to that, she served in a range of other senior legal and compliance roles for AIG's domestic brokerage group and domestic claims business.
