Philadelphia-based Comcast Corp. promoted Grace Killelea to the newly created role of senior vice president of talent for its Comcast Cable division.
She previously held the title of vice president of talent management and leadership initiatives at Comcast Cable, and before that she served as vice president of human resources for Comcast Spotlight.
Prior to joining the company, Killelea served as senior vice president for Lifetime Television, as well as vice president for prime communications and director of human resources for SBC Communications. She was also the founder and president of Sterling Resource Group.
Killelea holds a master's degree in business administration from the Kogod School of Business at American University.
