Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Tampa, Fla.-based coal exporter Walter Energy named Keith M. Shull as senior vice president of human resources.

Shull joins the company from Arrow Electronics, where he was senior vice president of human resources from 2005 through 2008. Prior to that appointment, he served as senior vice president of human resources for BHP Billiton's base metals and petroleum business groups from 1996 to 2004.
