The suite includes "code of conduct" surveys designed to assess employees' awareness of policies and procedures as well as the current state of the organizational culture; sub-certification processes, which enable employees to use electronic signature capabilities to sign a company's code of conduct and compliance certification; and a board of directors assessment, to provide insight on both individual and overall board-member effectiveness. The suite also includes Multi-Rater, which is designed to help organizations manage multi-rater feedback for line managers, mentors and partners.
