Are You Connected?

Connect the Dots Consulting released the latest version of its early feedback tool Are You Connected?, a Web-based survey designed to provide new leaders with both qualitative and quantitative feedback regarding their transitions into new roles and/or organizations.

The survey report is designed to show how the new leaders are being perceived and experienced by their key stakeholders as well as how they are fitting into the organizational culture.

Users are sent an e-mail link introducing the process and providing instructions, and responses are reported by each question in the survey and then averaged for all raters. Complete comments are also displayed, and the finished report can be delivered electronically within 48 hours to the HR partner or hiring manager. The data is collected and securely stored using Web-based technology.
