Radio Show #180
Ron Hanscome, Research Vice President, Gartner
Show Date: June 17, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. PT
If you are currently thinking about moving to the HCM Cloud solutions offered by Oracle, SAP or Workday, you must not miss this show! Gartner’s Research VP Ron Hanscome has written the best report ever on their differences, strengths and weaknesses called “Seven Ways to Compare the Enterprise HCM Suite ‘Big Three’.”
On the extended show, he describes large chunks of the report, generally available only to Gartner clients. From the products’ differences in architecture, adoption, extensibility (the modern form of customization) to foreign functionality, Ron tells it like it is. And exactly what you need to know if you are a larger company picking your path to the Cloud.
So users of on-premise Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft Enterprise, and SAP R/3, don’t miss the most important show of the year. Industry-watchers, you’ll be there, too, of course.
Ron Hanscome is a Research Vice President for Gartner. He coverage areas span the HCM application market, including core HR (HR data management, payroll and benefits administration), workforce management (time and attendance, labor scheduling, and absence management), talent management (recruiting, onboarding, employee performance, career development, succession planning, compensation, learning and workforce planning), workforce information management (reporting, analytics, and metrics dashboards), integrated HR service delivery (employee and manager content portals, case tracking tools, and supporting knowledgebases), HCM technology strategy, and HCM application evaluation and selection.
